The publication for the MA design program at Iceland University of Arts was developed in a team effort with the students and executed by all of us.
The initial concept of "Heaping" was taken from a short essay by Timothy Morton about the effects of individual actions and the mass extinction as their result. Together with the students we examined the nature of heaps and how we could translate it into a publication that represents their various research in a non-linear way: heap-like.
